Our Humble Beginnings
Jerry grew up near the sea, where he developed a deep love for fishing and the ocean. His early years spent exploring the waters sparked a lifelong connection to the marine world. This passion led him to a local dive shop, where he honed his skills, becoming a certified Dive Master and eventually a boat captain. Those years were transformative, not just for Jerry but for the dream that would later become our family business. It was here that he met the shop’s owner, a mentor who encouraged him to dream big.
But Jerry didn’t just find his calling at the dive shop; he also found love. It was where he met his future wife, where they decided that they would build a life and business together.
The Birth of Our Legacy
In 2002, their first daughter was born, sparking a vision of creating something enduring. By 2003, Jerry took a leap of faith and started this business, fueled by the support of his wife and the lessons he’d learned over the years.
We officially registered in 2006, just after welcoming their second daughter, marking a significant milestone. This wasn’t just a business—it was a legacy in the making. In 2009, Jerry and his wife sealed their partnership in life and business by getting married. A year later, they welcomed their third child, a son, completing their family and adding more hands to help steer the ship.
Weathering the Storms
Our journey hasn’t been without challenges. The forces of nature have tested us time and again. In 2015, 2017, and 2022, devastating storms and hurricanes took a toll, costing us boats and setting us back. But our resilience never faltered. With the unwavering support of our family , we rebuilt stronger each time, committed to providing our guests with the best experiences Dominica’s waters have to offer.

From a young age, Jerry’s children have been part of the team, learning the ropes and bringing their own energy to what we do.
